What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: From 2:00pm
Check-out: By 10:00am

For late check-out requests, please contact us. (Additional charges apply.)
If I book multiple rooms, can they be located close to each other?
Rooms labeled with “View Bath” are located on the 16th floor, while those without this label are on the 15th floor. Please note that depending on the room combination, rooms may be on different floors.

Room

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All rooms on both the 16th and 15th floors are non-smoking.
Is it allowed to bring in outside food or drinks?
We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing outside food and drinks. However, you may consume beverages and food purchased from the vending machines or shops within the hotel in your room.

Cuisine

I have allergies. Will I still be able to enjoy the meals?
We provide allergen information sheets for the seven major allergens (egg, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, milk, shrimp, crab) at both the dining area and the restaurant. Please note that since cooking and cleaning of utensils and dishes are done in the same kitchen, there is a possibility of trace amounts of allergens not listed being present in the food during the cooking process. Therefore, even if an allergen is not listed, we cannot guarantee that it is completely absent. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter. If you need to confirm detailed allergy information, please contact us in advance.

Facilities

Is internet access available and do you offer PC rentals?
Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms. We do not provide rental PCs.
Do you offer humidifier and air purifier rentals?
We offer humidifier and air purifier rentals at our hotel. If you wish to rent one, please contact the hotel directly. *Please note that the number of units is limited. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?
We accept VISA / JCB / AMEX / Diners Club / UnionPay. For other credit cards, please contact the hotel directly.
Which electronic money and QR code payment methods are accepted for payment?
You can use the following electronic money for payment Rakuten Edy / QuicPay / iD / WAON / nanaco / transportation IC cards.
The following QR code payment methods are accepted Rakuten Pay / PayPay / d-Barai / au PAY / Bank Pay / WeChat Pay / Alipay / Merupay.

Other

Do you offer parking facilities?
We have a designated parking area in the basement exclusively for guests staying in the Executive Suite Suirei. 。
Please park in any available space. (Staff will guide you if present.)
Please note that parking reservations are not accepted. However, if you have any special circumstances, feel free to contact the hotel.
Do you have any facilities for children?
・About bed guards
We do not provide bed guards at our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

・About chairs in the dining and restaurant areas
Child seats are available at both the dining area and restaurant venue.
The restaurant provides small chairs without seat belts.

・Regarding Children's Amenities
Diapers, cooling sheets, and baby wipes are available for purchase at our hotel shop.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
It is possible to send your luggage to the hotel in advance.
In that case, please be sure to write your “check-in date” and “reservation name” in the remarks section of the shipping label.
(Without the check-in date and reservation name, we cannot identify whose luggage it is, so please be sure to include this information.)
