*The shuttle bus service operates on a reservation-only basis. Please make a reservation by phone in
advance.
*If you are using the shuttle service to the hotel, please arrive at Sapporo Station North Exit by
1:45 p.m.
*We will allocate seats in advance. If you have any specific requests such as seating in the front row
due to physical reasons, please notify us in advance.
*If you are using the return trip to Sapporo, the shuttle will depart from the EXECUTIVE SUITE SUIREI
at
10:00 a.m.
*If you anticipate being late for boarding or need to cancel your bus reservation, please contact us
promptly.
*Please note that pets, regardless of size, are not allowed on board. We appreciate your
understanding.
*Due to the convenience of other passengers, we may depart at the scheduled time without waiting. In
such cases,
please be aware that you may need to arrange alternative transportation at your own expense. We
appreciate your understanding in advance.
*We generally do not accept reservations for groups of 11 or more individuals. Depending on the number
of people, we may offer a chartered bus service for an additional fee.
