Lodgings

When are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in is from 2:00 p.m.
Check out is until about 10:00 a.m.

If you would like a special room layout, please let us know. (Extra fee will be charged.)
If I reserve multiple rooms, will they be close together?
If you reserve multiple rooms of the same type, it's possible they will be close together.
However, if different room types are reserved, your rooms may be far apart.
Can minors traveling alone stay at the hotel?
We allow stays by minors of high-school age and above, however they must have their parents' permission and must show a form of identification such as a student ID or driver's license.
Can I order a cake or flower bouquet from you?
If you're planning to stay with us to celebrate a special occasion, we already offer an exclusive Anniversary Plan, but you can also order a cake or bouquet separately if you're staying with us on another plan.

Cakes can be ordered with either whipped cream icing or chocolate icing in sizes 5 (15 cm), 6 (18 cm), and 7 (21 cm).
We can also provide candles and a chocolate message plaque. If you would like to order one, please contact us at least four days before your stay.

We can provide a bouquet in accordance with your budget.
They can be made in your preferred color, for a man or woman. If you would like to order one, please contact us at least four days before your stay.

Do you have no-smoking rooms?
All rooms are non-smoking in both the main building and the new building.
Can I bring food or drink?
Unfortunately, we don't allow food or drinks to be brought into the hotel.
You may take anything you have purchased at a vending machine in the hotel or at the gift shop to your room.

Meals

What is the difference between the restaurants?
There are three restaurants: Premium Dining, Grand Chariot, and Uraraka. Their unique features are listed below.

Premium Dining
At the Chef's Kitchen you can see the wide variety of ingredients prepared before your eyes. The dishes at this unique buffet style restaurant are a rank above ordinary meals.

Grand Chariot
At this buffet style restaurant, the chefs prepare the wide variety of ingredients before your eyes. We strive to prepare the dishes from select local ingredients and present them in a bright, colorful fashion.

Uraraka
Rather than a buffet, you can order delicious dishes from a seasonal menu, served on the most beautifully made serving trays.
I'm allergic to some foods. Can I still dine here?
The buffet style restaurants display signs indicating which of the seven major allergens each dish contains. (Eggs, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, milk, shrimp, crab)

*Since the food preparation and washing of dishes and utensils takes place in the same kitchen, trace amounts allergens other than those indicated may be present.

Due to this, we cannot guarantee that allergens other than those indicated are altogether not present.
For meals at the Japanese restaurant, we may be able to accommodate requests made ahead of time.

Hotel Facilities

Can I come just for the day?
Both the pool and hot springs can also be used during day visits. (No discount for use of just one or the other.)
Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Last admittance at 2:00 p.m.)
Admission: 1,600 yen per adult (age 13 and over)
1,000 yen per child (ages 3 to 12)
There is a large hall just for day guests that can be used for taking a break in.

Can I use the hot spring or pool before checking in or after checking out?
★ Bathing before check in ★
Hotel guests can use the pool and communal bath from 12:00 p.m. free of charge. There is also a break room.
You can check into your room after 2:00 p.m. Please use your own towels when bathing before check in.
(Rental towels are 300 yen per set.)

★ Bathing after check out ★
You will be charged the day-use fee for bathing after check out at 10:00 a.m.
Do you have Internet connections or rental computers?
Every room is equipped with Wi-Fi. We do not provide rental computers.
Can I rent a humidifier or air purifier?
We provide rental humidifiers and air purifiers.
Please contact us if you would like to rent one.

Can I rent swimsuits or swim rings?
・Swimsuit rental
Rental swimsuits are 300 yen per swimsuit.
Women: Sizes 7 to 19 (one-piece swimsuit)
Men: Sizes M to 4L
Girls: 100 cm to 160 cm
Boys: 100 cm to 160 cm
*Numbers of larger sizes are limited.
We also sell paper diapers for playing in water for babies that are too small for a swimsuit.

・Swim ring rental
We do not provide standard swim ring rental. Please purchase or bring one.
*We do provide rental of pool noodles at 500 yen per hour for use only in Splash River and other facilities.

Do you have a parking lot?
We have a free parking lot. Please park in any empty parking space.
(Or follow the directions of hotel staff.) We do not accept parking space reservations. If you have any special needs, please contact us.
Do you have amenities for children?
・Bed guards
We do not provide bed guards.
The beds in the Western-style rooms in the Main Building and Annex are not movable, so there is always space between them.
If you are concerned about falling, please use a Japanese-style room.

・Chairs in restaurants
We provide child seats in the restaurants.
The seats in the buffet restaurants are small and do not have a belt.
The seats in the Japanese restaurant Uraraka are small and come with a belt.

・Baby products
Disposable diapers, powdered milk, fever patches, and bottom wipes can be purchased in the gift shop.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel ahead of time?
Luggage can be sent to the hotel ahead of time.
When sending luggage, make sure you write the name on the reservation and the reservation dates in the note section of the shipping label.
(If the name on the reservation and reservation dates are not on the label, we cannot tell who the luggage belongs to, so make certain you include them.)
